ORIA is an independent international real estate advisory and brokerage company. We connect international buyers and investors with selected real estate developers and property projects in attractive global destinations.
We do not develop properties ourselves. We work with selected local and international developers and assist our clients throughout the property selection and acquisition process — from the first conversation to handover and beyond.
Our flagship market is Batumi, Georgia, where we follow the Black Sea coastline's most significant new developments. Around it, we advise in a deliberately short list of destinations we know first-hand.
