Off-PlanFeaturedAmbassadori Island is Batumi's most ambitious waterfront vision: a new island district planned with marinas, five-star hospitality and a collection of sea-facing residences. Positioned at the edge of the historic harbour, it aims to extend the city's skyline onto the Black Sea itself.
Under ConstructionFeaturedA sculptural seafront tower on Batumi's New Boulevard, Silk Towers brings hotel-grade amenities to a residential address steps from the beach and the boulevard's cafes and cycle paths.
Under ConstructionFeaturedA branded resort residence in Gonio operated under the Rotana flag, Pontus combines a full-service spa hotel with serviced apartments minutes from Gonio's fortress beach — one of the coast's most watched new addresses.
Under ConstructionA design-led branded residence bringing Radisson RED's bold, urban hospitality format to central Batumi — compact studios and one-bedroom suites with hotel services in the heart of the city.
CompletedA completed multi-tower complex near Batumi's central boulevard, Alliance Centropolis offers ready apartments with established on-site services — a practical entry point into the Batumi market.
Off-PlanFeaturedA garden-focused off-plan residence in Gonio, Next Gardens pairs green inner courtyards with the village's calmer pace — a short walk from the beach and fifteen minutes from central Batumi.
Under ConstructionSet in the green hills of Makhinjauri just north of Batumi, Mziuri is conceived around wellness — spa facilities, sea air and panoramic views above the botanical garden coastline.
